I left a voicemail on new years eve to get pricing to engrave a glass angel ornament & immediately received a detailed text with all the details requesting pictures. After dropping off the ornament & a few text back & forth to confirm the font style & size, it was done same day & ready for pickup! Not only did they engrave the angel but they engraved the box & surprised me with a bonus ornament using a picture of me & my mom from the text messages that blew me away & brought me to tears! They went above & beyond with beautiful engraving on the angel & box & thinking outside the box/job & using a picture from our texts to print onto an ornament shows these people not only do exceptional work but have huge hearts & care about what they engrave.
